Job Description:

DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for managing a one year education roadshow Betabox is supporting for an enterprise as part of our Lab Services business. The role requires attention to detail, exceptional communication abilities, and ideally a person with a background in education administration or teaching.


This role includes coordination with vendors, advance planning work for school visits, marketing of the roadshow, engaging client employee volunteers, and on-site support. This position requires extensive travel with overnight stays across the United States and availability for day, evening and weekend events. Travel anticipated 75 - 100 percent for at least six months of the 12 month contract. You will be working with the Betabox team directly, but will be in fact contracted by our customer. This opportunity is available in either St. Louis or Raleigh.


Responsibilities:

- Development of custom education experiences and iteration based on feedback

- Scheduling of events and coordinating travel.

- Evaluation of programming and synthesis of student feedback

- Coordinating with schools and communicating to administration the goals of the program.

- Planning all movements of the lab through the country

- Development of 12 month travel calendar, taking into consideration large events, conferences and customer facilities

- Coordination with local governments on permitting, public appearances by local officials and publicity

- Marketing projects for the lab and updating a wordpress website

- Local mini-marketing campaigns to draw awareness and publicity to the program

- Local media engagement and press releases

- Design of marketing collateral with support from a designer

- Social media engagement

- Employee engagement and support of a training program



Working hours: 40 hours/week, nights weekends and travel
