Grant has extensive experience founding and managing rapid growth in early stage businesses. He also holds an MBA and a degree in Economics and History. Riley’s® Organics is a trusted line of human grade USDA-certified organic dog treats with proven acceptance and growing national footprint.
Molly Weber is the Director of Marketing of Riley’s Premium Pet Products, a 2016 Arch Grants Recipient.
Molly is a veteran in the marketing and communications industry. She is passionate about brand building and a champion for consumer insights. Her strategic guidance has led to successful product launches on four different continents, and stewardship of over 30 CPG Brands from multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her pet industry knowledge was honed over many years working on Brands for Mars, Inc Petfood. She was a VP, Director of Account Management at D’Arcy Worldwide in the US and in Europe.
Hyran Son is the Director of Product Development of Riley’s Premium Pet Products, a 2016 Arch Grants Recipient.
Hyran has a background as an R&D director at Nestle Purina/Ralston. In her prior position, she was responsible for resource planning and strategic research. She conducted nutritional research for product development programs and developed palatability enhancers for pet foods and pet treats. She managed the successful introduction of innovative products for both the domestic and international pet food and pet treat markets.
Terry Beach is the Director of Sales of Riley’s Premium Pet Products, a 2016 Arch Grants Recipient.
Terry has had an extensive retail merchandising and sales management career that has included successful business-to-business and business-to-consumer regional and national sales. First with 18 years of retail merchandising and buying for May Department Stores and the Grandpa's Discount chain, then shifting his focus to sales management in 1996. Having served as Regional and National Sales Manager for several companies, Terry has spent the past 10+ years focused exclusively in the growing pet industry. Key among his pet category experience has been his role as Regional and National Sales Manager for FURminator Inc, an innovator of proprietary pet shedding and grooming solutions where he contributed over $7.0 million in sales. He now shares his wealth of knowledge and experience serving as Director of Sales for Riley's Organics, in helping to lead this exciting, progressive company into its next stage of growth and development.
