What is Inclusively?

Inclusively is the technology-centered employment and training platform that enables companies to elevate workplace accommodations from a compliance-reporting function to a competitive advantage. The Inclusively platform creates structure and uniformity around accommodations — providing the solution for organizations to access untapped, disabled talent and future-proof themselves against churn across their entire workforce.

In the era of the Great Resignation and the need to source qualified talent, accommodations are the new currency of culture. Inclusively is the only solution that exists in the market to assist organizations in being an employer of choice in the ongoing war for talent.
