Director of Programs
As Director of Programs of Arch Grants, Julia Campbell leads the entrepreneur program for grant recipients, Arch Grant angel network, support services and the Global Startup Competition. Julia has spent the last four years working at startup companies in Chicago and San Francisco in the same-day delivery space, and St. Louis in the advertising/publishing sector helping them develop engagement & retention programs, execute short and long-term initiatives, and scale through sales and market expansion. Julia joined the startup community after spending years in politics and government administration working for Mayor Rahm Emanuel in the City of Chicago as his Director Scheduling & Advance, and at The White House as Senior Advance Lead for President Barack Obama. Julia is originally from St. Louis and opened the Moolah Theater alongside her family in 2004 which she co-owned and operated until joining the 2008 Obama Campaign, launching a journey into politics.
