Dawn Manske came face to face with the effects of human trafficking while living in China. After seeing the breadth of this atrocity, being introduced to the concept of social enterprise, and numerous compliments on her favorite pants from Thailand, Made for Freedom was born. This St. Louis based social enterprise offers fashion and lifestyle products created by survivors of human trafficking and those at-risk. Hear how she got started on this PBS program Startup.
