What is Graematter?
Graematter developed a regulatory intelligence system that makes it easier to access and analyze regulatory information. They integrate data from a number of FDA-related databases and data sources into a single database that provides advanced search capabilities.

Melissa Walker
President and Chief Technology Officer
Melissa earned her BSMS degree in Biology, Animal Science, and Zoology from East Texas State University in 1979. Melissa is a regulatory professional with over 27 years of experience in the medical products industry. She has served as the industry representative for the FDA Medical Device Dispute Advisory Panel and is an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis. Melissa also currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Regulatory Affairs at Topera.
Merle Symes
Chief Executive Officer
Merle earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1973, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Merle brings experience working with The Provenance Group, and as the Managing Director of The Walden Group. He also currently serves on the Board of Shalom House for Homeless Women.
