Chief Executive Officer
Franklin Taylor is the Founder and CEO of Block Club, where he leads the company’s vision, partnerships, and growth. He is focused on reimagining how people connect with their neighborhoods by creating events and experiences that bring residents into local spaces, support small businesses, and build stronger communities. His work is rooted in the belief that cities become more vibrant when people have more reasons to show up and engage. Franklin earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and was a Fulbright Scholar in Germany.

Jason Ti
Chief Technology Officer
Jason Ti is the technical cofounder of Block Club and leads product and engineering. He has a background in full-stack software development, with experience building scalable systems across backend infrastructure, data workflows, and user-facing products. At Block Club, he is responsible for developing the platform that powers community engagement, local business partnerships, and event experiences.
