What is Remvia?

Remvia is the first medical device designed to treat nocturnal bruxism by targeting the behavior itself—not just cushioning the teeth. Traditional night guards are often uncomfortable, bulky, and fail to address the neurological feedback loop that drives grinding. Remvia uses a soft-tissue interface to retrain the jaw’s behavior over time, offering a first-of-its-kind treatment approach for a condition that affects over 30 million Americans.

We’ve successfully completed early over-the-counter (OTC) beta testing, and are now preparing to launch a provider-led prescription version through 3D-printed custom devices. FDA submission is already underway, and we are building our provider onboarding network with plans to expand into hybrid and OTC channels in future phases.

Dr. Andrea Morris is a dentist, inventor, and founder of Remvia, a company redefining how nighttime clenching and grinding is treated. After more than a decade of patient care and product development, she created the first soft-tissue-based device to address bruxism by interrupting the behavior itself. Her work merges clinical expertise and a public health perspective to drive patient-first innovation at scale. As a founder deeply rooted in the St. Louis health community, she now leads Remvia through the path to deliver the first truly effective and accessible solution for bruxism.
