What is Untapped Solutions?
Untapped Solutions is a two-sided platform built for human services. On one side, we give nonprofits, government agencies, correctional systems, and hospitals a complete all-in-one CRM — everything from donor and fundraising management to volunteer coordination, grants, program operations, and full case management, all in one place. On the other, we put an AI social worker directly in the hands of the people those organizations serve.

Andre Peart is the founder and CEO of Untapped Solutions. Formerly incarcerated, he rebuilt his life through the reentry system, then became a caseworker — experiencing both sides of human services firsthand. He built Untapped to give frontline workers better tools and put an AI social worker in the hands of the people they serve. His work has been featured by CNN, PBS, Financial Times, and on the NASDAQ tower in Times Square.
