Tom brings over 21 years of criminal investigation experience to Blue Line as an accomplished private investigator and former police officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
Joe Spiess

Joe earned his degree in English from Saint Louis University in 1983, and holds a Masters degree in Management from Webster University. Joe is an expert in the fields of criminal justice and crime prevention and recently retired as a Major of Police at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
