What is EvoNatura?

EvoNatura is a mother-daughter-led biotechnology startup dedicated to eliminating long-term plastic waste. Our proprietary drop-in technology uses encapsulated microbes that mimic the human digestive system, embedding them directly into compostable plastics during the manufacturing process. These microbes remain stable until triggered by specific environments, releasing enzymes that digest the plastic from the inside out. Designed to integrate into existing production lines without equipment changes, our scalable solution helps plastics producers meet global compliance standards and ensures true biodegradation—even if the materials end up in nature rather than industrial composting sites.
