Co-Founder & COO

Miles has expertise in neuroscience, R&D commercialization, FDA strategy, and business leadership, with extensive entrepreneurial experience. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. Miles has led complex government- and industry-sponsored global clinical trials and brings years of operational experience through industry leadership roles at MilliporeSigma and Syneos Health.

Hamasa Ebadi

Founder & CEO

Ebadi is an internationally-recognized leader in AI-driven healthcare with expertise in computational neuroscience, neurotechnology, machine learning, and neuroethics, with extensive business experience. She holds a B.S. in Biology and Neuroscience, a master’s in Bioethics with a Neuroethics focus, and is completing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering. She is the inventor of the NeuroFore diagnostic, born from years of hearing the same regret from Parkinson’s patients: “I wish I had known sooner.”
