Raul earned his degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1995. Raul is an experienced software developer with knowledge of web technologies and information architecture. Creating emotional connections between people and technology is his passion. Before joining Appcropolis, Raul worked with NBC Universal and Hulu.
